1. An initial personal interview. With the help of a single point-of-contact technology advisor, you review your specific circumstances, desired technology transfer terms and objectives; bearing in mind international constraints such as provisions under ITAR, MTCR, Wassenaar arrangement, etc.  Then together we establish an overall work strategy for you.
2. Based on these insights, you and the technology advisor select a suitable type of working arrangement, and the appropriate deliverables.
3. The technology advisor manages your technology portfolio, including dealing with all permits required where applicable, with the goal of maintaining a long-term partnership, one that is exclusively in your best interests.
